Returns

We hope you are happy with your order! However, if something isn’t as expected, you have 14 days to return the package after receiving it. Please ensure that the product is returned unused, in its original packaging, and if the product is sealed for hygiene reasons, the seal must remain unbroken.

Since returns can significantly impact the environment by increasing CO2 emissions, we ask that you cover the return shipping cost. This helps reduce unnecessary purchases and returns. Please pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging.

Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Here’s how to return your item:

1. Include a note in the package with your order number and contact information.
2. Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging.
3. Send it via regular mail to the address below:
